At Hey Thanks Giftery , we take great care in the handling and creation of all gift boxes. There is great pride in the quality of the products we source.

Refunds will not be offered due to change of mind, please choose carefully and review your design thoroughly to ensure no mistakes are made. 

If your order arrives damaged, or the product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a solution.

Should a refund or replacement be necessary, proof of purchase will be required.Any return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. 

For Custom products only a replacement product will be offered as a solution.
