Seasonal, Weekend & Holiday Restrictions

We do not deliver on weekends or the following public holidays:
New Year’s Day, January 2nd, Auckland Anniversary Day, Waitangi Day, Anzac Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, King’s Birthday, Matariki, Labour Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

Please observe delivery cut-off dates during Christmas and seasonal occasions.

 

Delivery Date Requests

You may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to meet it but cannot guarantee it due to courier delays.

During peak seasons, we may dispatch early to avoid delays.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is packed. If the link doesn’t show status immediately, please retry after 12–24 hours.

Order Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed after 3pm Friday–Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

• We recommend avoiding Monday delivery due to weekend courier depot conditions for perishable goods.

• Orders placed by 9am will be prioritised for same-day dispatch.
